Sales Policy

All sales are subject to our sales policy as follows: No Refunds. No exceptions. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase in the case of a manufacturer's defect. Manufacturer's defects must be reported within 7 days and be declared as a manufacturer's defect by a member of The Furniture Loft's staff upon inspection. Exchanges for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect are allowed prior to pick up or delivery of merchandise. If for any reason an order is not picked up or delivery refused, store credit will be provided equal to the amount of the purchase and can be applied toward future purchases.

Accessories, Bedding, Lamps, Pictures & Plants are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable. Extended Warranties for Fabric, Leather & Wood Protection are Non-Refundable. Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.

Special Ordered products are also Non-Refundable. No Exceptions. Special order products can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Clearance, As-Is and Floor Model Merchandise

It is The Furniture Loft's policy that Clearance, as-is product and floor model furniture will not be held and must be picked up within 48 hours of purchase. If delivery is chosen, items are not subject to this 48 hour window. Failure to obtain product within 48 hours of purchase will result in cancellation of those items, the balance will remain as a store credit, less a 25% cancellation fee. Clearance, As-Is items including, but not limited to, discounted goods, floor models, previously owned items, and defective or damaged product.

Order Processing Times

Our standard turn around time for all orders (in store or online) is 10 business days. This is the average amount of time needed for items to arrive in-store. Some orders may take longer particularly if the order includes multiple items from more than one manufacturer. We are unable to control or specifically coordinate for all items on an order to arrive at the same time but we do our best to provide the most realistic ETA's.

Once your order arrives in-store and is ready for pick up or delivery, you will receive an "in-store arrival" email notification and or/text message. If you would like to check the status of your order, you may email [email protected] for a fast and efficient order update.

Purchase Terms and Conditions

When you place an order to purchase products and services through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Purchase Terms and Conditions.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information before accepting an order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

We may change information, including prices, of products and services listed on the Site.

All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order). We will correct errors that we discover, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
