All Sales are Final

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase in the case of a manufacturer's defect. Manufacturer's defect must be reported within 7 days and be declared as a manufacturer's defect by a member of The Furniture Loft's staff upon inspection.

Accessories, Bedding, Lamps, Pictures & Plants are Non-Returnable &
Non-Refundable.  Extended Warranties for Fabric, Leather & Wood Protection
are Non-Refundable.  Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.

Special Ordered product is Non-Refundable. No Exceptions. Special order products can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Clearance, As-Is and Used Merchandise
It is The Furniture Loft's policy that Clearance, As-Is product and ALL USED Furniture will not be held on layaway and must be picked within 48 hour of purchase. If delivery is chosen, items are not subject to this 48 hour window. Failure to obtain product within 48 hours of purchase will result in cancellation of those items, the balance will remain as a store credit, less a 25% cancellation fee. Clearance, As-Is items including, but not limited to, discounted goods, floor models, previously owned items, and defective or damaged product.
